My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

My brother and I took this class to learn how to make pasta, and Chef Giselle was an excellent teacher. She was very personable and informative, and gave us lots of handy tips along the way -like kneading the dough with one hand so one is kept clean and free. My brother has a lactose intolerance and she was very accommodating with the menu. The pasta with tomato and basil sauce was delicious - melt in your mouth good! We also loved the antipasto and the zabaglione to start and finish. Weâ€™d highly recommend Chef Giselle as a cooking instructor!

Amazing experience overall, thanks a bunch to Chef James who showed us all the tips and tricks to make great sushi! I can definitely recommend it to everyone who'd like to get (1) a demonstration of how to cut fish, veggies, and roll sushi as well as (2) actually doing all those things themselves.

Chef Mat was just the kind of person you hope to get when you sign up for a class like this - talented, knowledgeable, personable, professional. He reads the room and elevates the vibe with humour, sharing his own stories, a great playlist etc. He facilitated the group so that everyone could try doing a bit of everything, and gave some great, practical tips for us to use at home. The food itself was excellent, and the menu was very thoughtful - it felt elegant and special, but was actually very simple and easy to replicate again on our own, which was appreciated. HIghly recommended this class, it was a super fun way to spend a Friday night!

What a fantastic and special experience! The food was out if this world, and chef Jeffery has a great attitude and overall vibe & has wealth of knowlegde to share. The portions were way more than adequate (my partner and I were absolutely stuffed by the end) and we really felt like we got our $ worth out of the experinence. Jeffrey also put so much time and effort into making sure everything was perfect, was courteous and provided top notch service.
