Cooking Class - Authentic Moroccan Cuisine
Embark on a culinary journey to Morocco in this exotic culinary experience with Chef Karen.
In this hands-on class with Chef Karen, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Moroccan menu using high-quality ingredients and time-honored Moroccan recipes and flavor profiles.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a sweet potato and lentil tagine brought to life with fresh herbs and lime, a classic chicken tagine featuring a fragrant sauce and jammy apricots and figs, a heavily spiced couscous salad with currants and almonds, and a beautifully exotic Moroccan orange blossom dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Karen and Chef Anne were amazing instructors as we and our group created a Moroccan meal. They did much of the prep so we were cooking and learning in a relaxed atmosphere and the results were excellent. We all learned loads and we felt like we had made new friends by the end of the evening. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone who wants to spend an evening learning useful skills and having a great meal. We brought a nice bottle of wine along which added to the experience.

Chef Karen, who attended Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and previously ran a prepared meals company and catering business, has been crafting incredible fare for her clients for almost 20 years.
