Chef Alicia was great! ItĐ²Đ‚â„¢s worth noting though that this is not exactly Chicken Shawarma. The meal is not fully the authentic middle eastern dish, itĐ²Đ‚â„¢s rather the chefĐ²Đ‚â„¢s spin on the dish. And itĐ²Đ‚â„¢s great!
Alicia herself was very helpful and adjusted to our cooking style/level wonderfully. Great chef!
