Traditional pasta takes a backseat to culinary innovation in this intriguing vegan hands-on cooking class. Chef Charlene shares her expertise in plant-based dining for a lesson in pasta that's hearty, healthy and wholly animal-free!

Your exploration of plant-forward pasta preparation begins with a sumptuous butternut squash ravioli topped with brown butter sauce. Then, create green spinach pasta dressed with red pepper sauce for a colorful contrast and whip up beet gnocchi with a zesty pesto that leaves nothing to be desired.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked Charlene for my fiance's and my 6 year anniversary. To say this was the best cooking class I've ever taken would be an understatement! Charlene was super fun, informative, accommodating, and all around professional. The 3 vegan pastas we made chock-full of flavour too. I would recommend Charlene if you are looking for great food and experience!
