Whip up delicious French-style tarts made vegan with the help of Chef Charlene.

Craft exquisite-looking tarts made exclusively with plant-based ingredients with this fully vegan cooking class with Chef Charlene. Learn how to create savory and decadent tarts that bring fun and enjoyment to vegan eating.

First, Chef Charlene will show you how to craft a sweet and savory tart filled with caramelized onions, olives, thyme and a creamy vegan cheese. Next, discover a delightful vegan twist on a spinach and tomato quiche using vegan eggs and feta. Move on to dessert and create a lemon tart from scratch using coconut milk and maple syrup for a sweet and tart finish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My friends and I had the best time learning how to make vegan tarts with Chef Charlene! First, she is such a good teacher and made learning all these recipes and techniques so fun and easy. Second, the food was outrageously delicious... it was so flavourful we couldn't believe we had made it. Finally, we laughed a lot and really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this, or any course, offered by Charlene.

We had an incredible time learning how to make three types of vegan pasta from scratch with Charlene. She brought all the ingredients and came prepared with necessary tools. All we needed to have on hand were knives, cutting boards, and pots. Not only was it three hours of fun, but the final products were absolutely delicious. It was so hard to pick a favourite. Would absolutely recommend this class; we are already thinking about having her back to learn some other dishes. I wish I could have rated this experience 10 out of 5!
