What You’ll Do

Craft an authentic and rustic French-inspired meal with Chef Avi.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Avi will guide you as you create authentic French fare completely from scratch, learn knife skills and French culinary history, and bring life to fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.

Begin in the traditional way with an amuse bouche before learning the secrets to a balanced bistro salad with nuts and homemade dressing. Then, discover how to make a classic coq au vin using the flavors of rich red wine and root vegetables, and bake an apple-raisin galette for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
