What You'll Do

Create a variety of recipes inspired from areas across Europe with Chef Avi.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Avi welcomes you to indulge in both a culinary education and flavorful bites that explore cuisines that originated in different areas across Europe, including Spain and Greece.

You'll learn basic kitchen skills as you handcraft recipes for four mouthwatering dishes, including a simple garlic shrimp sauté with lemon and butter, and Romana calamari with mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach and herbed Spanish rice. For a dessert that is sure to impress anyone, Chef Avi will show you how to make churros from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked Avi as a surprise for my wife’s birthday and wow - he delivered! Not only was Avi a great conversationalist on a wide range of topics, he is incredibly knowledgeable about unique spices and ingredients that make a dish sing! He also is health conscious and provided valuable advice for places to buy high quality ingredients at bargain prices. We spent a lot of time laughing and my wife said it was was the best birthday surprise ever! #winning
