What You’ll Do

Prepare a mouthwatering feast with traditional Korean barbecue and contemporary croffles.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll discover the rich spectrum of Korean cuisine, from classic Korean barbecue to innovative croffles. Guided by Chef Paul, you'll master essential Korean culinary techniques while preparing five authentic dishes.

Perfect fluffy steamed rice, then learn simmering techniques for hearty doenjang jjigae, a savory soybean paste stew layered with depth and umami. You'll balance flavors in homemade ssamjang, Korea's iconic barbecue dipping sauce. Then, prepare sweet, smoky and tender dwaeji galbi (pork ribs) with precision. Finally, explore contemporary dessert culture by pressing buttery croissant dough into crisp, golden croffles. Reserve this cooking class today.

Chef Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much about cooking, and the food was amazing! I’d say even better than a korean restaurant. Highly recommend

We recently took part in a team cooking class with Chef Paul and it was a fantastic experience. Chef Paul created a relaxed, fun atmosphere while still teaching us plenty along the way. Most of us had no experience with Korean cuisine, but he made everything clear and easy to follow. The dishes turned out delicious and far better than we expected. It was a great mix of learning, teamwork, and good food. A memorable team building activity all around.
