Let Chef Paul guide you through a culinary experience that blends storytelling, traditional techniques and umami-rich flavors with a classic Korean street food menu.
Begin by mastering filling and folding techniques for savory bulgogi dumplings. Then, stir-fry spicy tteokbokki, chewy rice cakes in chili sauce. Next, simmer a comforting pot of eomuk tang (fish cake soup) with a rich, savory broth, and finish your Demon Hunters’ journey with homemade mochi ice cream. Chef Paul delivered and out of this world an out of this world Korean fest with a K-pop twist cooking experience. I was hesitant booking for our home, but his 200+ reviews convinced us and it was 100% worthwhile. He arrived fully prepped, is an incredible chef teacher and storyteller and made my boyfriend’s 47th year old birthday so special, even transforming our sushi leftovers into a masterpiece.
