We had an excellent experience with Chef Padma for my wife's birthday last evening. He walked us through a variety of dishes inspired by Asian street food, each one more delicious than the last. We greatly appreciated that the preparation and ingredients involved in each meal was simple and something anyone could together on their own at home. He was very willing to answer any questions we had about the different cooking techniques he used throughout the course. He was very friendly and shared interesting stories about his past and experience working in the food industry. It was a real pleasure to have him cook in our home and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxed experience who want to learn some basic but extremely delicious Asian inspired cuisine.

Had an amazing cooking class with Chef Paul in Calgary! Learned to make Gimbap and BibimbapвЂ”both delicious and fun to create. He gave great demos, let everyone try, and even taught us the famous julienne cut. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated how he accommodated me. His passion and teaching style made it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had a cooking class with Chef Paul, and the entire experience was awesome. We learned about Korean favourites; ramen ttang, gimbap and bibimbap. He was very informative about Korean culture and traditions, providing education on their cuisine along with similarities and differences between other Asian countries. It was a very interactive class with lots of hands-on participation. I plan to invite Chef Paul for a private dinner event in the future and will be recommending his classes to friends. Thank you again for the great experience!

Paul did a great job explaining how the food should be prepared and also why the food needs to be prepared in that manner. Highly recommend for anyone who would like to try Korean food! He was also very accommodating for allergies.

We had a wonderful evening at our private dinner sushi lesson with Chef Paul. He taught us all about the best quality of sushi rice and precise knife skills for properly preparing our ingredients for sushi rolls. As well as lots of chef tips for how to create neater rolls and of course the amazing chefs blow torch which was so much fun to use and made the sushi taste even better! This was a Christmas gift for my husband and it was truly a relaxing evening and an opportunity to enjoy learning and making the food in great company with such a patient and knowledgeable chef. We really enjoyed ourselves and each dish was delectible and more than we could finish so we ended up with a full fancy roll to take home plus one extra dessert. I donвЂ™t think you could get learn this much and focus so well in a larger class. I highly recommend the experience and you will leave with better sushi making skills plus recipes! Amazing for a date night and IвЂ™m sure the in house lesson for 5 + would also be a blast!
