Chef Paul welcomed us to his home and provided a great experience in making Korean Fried Chicken burger. He also went through some basic kitchen techniques that will help us in other areas of the kitchen. What was great was how accessible the ingredients were to create a great dish. Was very personable and we learned so much. We will definitely be recommending to friends!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Korean cooking class with Chef Paul, and it was an incredible experience! We made delicious Korean fried chicken and Korean fish-shaped pancakes for dessert. Chef Paul was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm, inviting aura that immediately put me at ease.
I was initially a little anxious about doing a private cooking class in someone's home, but Chef Paul created a safe and pleasant environment that made the experience truly enjoyable. He was an excellent teacher, explaining everything clearly and making the class both educational and fun.
I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn Korean cuisine or just enjoy a unique and memorable experience. Thank you, Chef Paul!

Although we showed up late, Chief Paul welcomed us with a smile, and was very understanding!! Very friendly, and made us feel very welcome!! Both me and Heather learned how to properly julien vegetables, and how to make your deep fry extra crispy! (If you wanna learn you gotta book ?). The food was fantastic as well! Highly recommend ?
