What You’ll Do

Learn how to make gluten-free versions of traditional dishes like kimchi pancakes, kimbap and bibimbap.

Experience the bold flavors of Korea in this hands-on gluten-free cooking class. Guided by Chef Paul, you’ll master traditional techniques as you prepare authentic dishes including kimchi jeon, kimbap and bibimbap.

Begin with fluffy steamed rice, the foundation of many Korean meals, before learning how to make gluten-free and crispy jeon (kimchi pancakes). Sharpen your knife skills with keto-friendly tuna kimbap, a low-carb take on the classic seaweed roll. Then, create a vibrant bibimbap, layering rice, seasoned vegetables and beef bulgogi into a colorful bowl. For dessert, craft chewy mochi ice cream from scratch. Book this culinary lesson today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. Chef Paul played bday music and put up bday streamers!! We made GF korean BBQ with SO many amazing dishes. The service was outstanding, friendly and very educational not only about the food but about Korean culture. I would recommend Chef Paul to anyone of any age. The food was amazing and I look forward to incorporating what we learned into our regular lives.

Chef Paul came to our house and taught us an amazing sushi class! He was so knowledgeable and personable, and had a great balance of teaching us skills while also making sushi for us while we relaxed/taste tested. Highly recommend chef Paul for either a cooking class or his private chef services!
