A great evening with Chef Logan. Very personable and very knowledgeable. While talking and demonstrating his meal plan he answered questions and showed us techniques outside the lesson while keeping us on track. He deserves five stars, but there was only room for two to sit while watching and four of us traded off and on; otherwise a perfect evening. The pakoras and scented rice were out of this world; both so light. And the pakoras were so crisp! The Roman joshi was perfect! WeвЂ™ve been talking about it for two days straight and have told our friends.

Chef Logan is amazingly knowledgeable, talented and passionate about cooking. We learnt so much and the food was fantastic. Just needs a better kitchen for viewing purposes. Couldn't see the stove so well. Will book again and refer. Thanks Chef Logan

We had an excellent experience with Chef Padma for my wife's birthday last evening. He walked us through a variety of dishes inspired by Asian street food, each one more delicious than the last. We greatly appreciated that the preparation and ingredients involved in each meal was simple and something anyone could together on their own at home. He was very willing to answer any questions we had about the different cooking techniques he used throughout the course. He was very friendly and shared interesting stories about his past and experience working in the food industry. It was a real pleasure to have him cook in our home and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxed experience who want to learn some basic but extremely delicious Asian inspired cuisine.

We had an awesome experience with Chef Paul! He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his instructions, challenging us and allowing us to ask questions as we went along. He is very passionate about his craft and it really shows in the way he taught us all steps required along with some helpful tips along the way, resulting in the best sushi we have ever tasted. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider reaching out to him again in the future for additional classes he has to offer.

Excellent evening! Paul was knowledgeable, personable and helped teach us how to make delicious sushi. I have celiac and Paul ensured I was able to make sushi that was safe to eat and delicious without impacting the experience for my girlfriend who doesnвЂ™t have celiac. I highly recommend!!!!

First time ever taking a cooking class and it was just an awesome experience. Chef Paul showed us everything we needed to know about how to make fresh and delicious sushi as well as little tips here and there to spot what good sushi should look like. His fun and interactive personality is really what makes it 5 stars for me. He shows genuine love for what he does and keeps in contact with his customers to give ingredient tips or just to talk about food! Overall I would do this again and look into more classes but I would never do it unless it was Chef Paul. Highly Recommended if your doing a gift or date night!

Chef Paul created a warm and friendly environment for us to learn some basic sushi making techniques. With his gentle guidance we were able to develop some new kitchen skills (knife skills, rolling sushi, and presentation). The food was delicious and my guest and I both enjoyed the evening tremendously.
