Explore authentic flavors from the streets of Mexico with this exquisite menu.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Logan will take you on an exciting culinary journey to Mexico, teaching you how to prepare traditional street food characterized by their vibrant flavor combinations.

Start by pairing homemade tortilla chips with a mortar and pestle-prepared guacamole. Then, learn how to expertly cook steak for carne asada nestled into homemade tortillas with Monterey Jack cheese, cabbage and sour cream, and whip up a spicy tomatillo-jalapeГ±o salsa and cilantro lime rice. For dessert, you'll fry crispy churros to dip in an indulgent caramelized milk sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Logan taught a great class and delivered on the skills focus while also making tasty food. I appreciated the instruction and tips on knife skills and the Maillard reaction as well as the options for adjusting the recipe and teaching about the ingredients. I'd take another class with Chef Logan and Cozymeal.
