This virtual class was the perfect birthday gift to do with my dad who lives in a different city. Paella was something I never thought I could make on my own but Chef Logan was really fun, informative, and patient and adapted well to me not having all of the ingredients. I finally feel like I can use a knife correctly and the food and drink turned out amazing! Iâ€™m already planning to attempt cooking it again on my own.

We had a good time making bubble tea and salad wraps, some beef satay and some peanut sauce. There was a lot of steps and many ingredients to get beforehand. I think the list and the instructions on the website could be a little more specific. It was nice to have our own private class, Chef Logan was very helpful and patient. We learned some knife skills and tips also. I would recommend this class and also try another. It was a very unique experience. Thanks to my son for making this a special gift for Mothers Day! Unfortunately I forgot to take photos.

Having Logan over to cook a birthday meal for all of our friends was truly a memorable experience. It was the first time myself or any of my guests had a chef hosted meal and it was so much fun. The greek feast he prepared was nothing short of incredible. Absolutely everyone loved it. Logan was very flexible with my booking and accommodated dietary restrictions and an earlier meal time.
