What You’ll Do

Learn to choose and combine ingredients to bring the flavors of India to your table.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Logan will guide you through the essentials of preparing classic Indian cuisine. Using a variety of techniques and spices you will learn to create bold, flavorful dishes from scratch.

You'll start by making crispy chicken samosas filled with peas, garlic, ginger and Indian spices accompanied by a tangy tamarind dipping sauce. Next, you'll master the art of cooking butter chicken served alongside fragrant garlic coconut rice with cashews and shredded coconut. For dessert, you'll create traditional gulab jamun made from ricotta dough soaked in rose syrup and infused with cardamom.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Although he is well-versed in many food traditions, Italian is his favorite, with an emphasis on from-scratch pizza. Chef Logan's personal philosophy is to ensure everyone is included in every part of the meal, and he is more than happy to accommodate guests with food allergies.

We loved our evening with Chef Logan. He taught us key culinary skills, and made some delish food. Our menu was Mediterranean and it brought us back to our trip to Greece. Logan patiently taught our group knife skills, grouping, and seasoning. We really enjoyed our time With him. Thanks chef!
