Cooking Class - Soup, Chili and Stew Workshop

Learn how to make three different hearty recipes in this cooking class with Chef Logan.

In this guided cooking class with Chef Logan, you will learn how to make not one but three traditional recipes perfect for a cold winter's night — or whenever the craving strikes.

First, learn how to make stock, an essential soup and stew ingredient. Then, you'll learn the history of stew, chili and soup before prepping your ingredients and getting to work. In this class, you'll enjoy a classic potato, leek and bacon soup and a Mexican-style chipotle ancho chili, as well as a blueberry buckle for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our online cooking class with Chef Logan! He was very engaged and upbeat the entire time, and did a great job of walking us through the recipe. He also shared a lot of great tips and tricks as well as the history behind certain techniques, and made sure that we had ample time to complete each step. He also was very welcoming of questions (which there weren't a lot of, because he made everything so clear!). The sandwich was delicious and will be in our household cooking rotation going forward. We weren't sure how an online cooking class would go, but we had a great time and will certainly be back for more!
