We had a fun time with the class and the meal tasted great. The rock candy was interesting. I would probably ask the participants to measure out the ingredients before the class because it was presented pretty fast.

Chef Logan taught a great class and delivered on the skills focus while also making tasty food. I appreciated the instruction and tips on knife skills and the Maillard reaction as well as the options for adjusting the recipe and teaching about the ingredients. I'd take another class with Chef Logan and Cozymeal.

Amazing experience! Can’t recommend chef logan enough! We really enjoyed learning how to cook steak in our own home in a way that we hope to replicate.
