In this cooking class, discover the ultimate Japanese culinary art while creating a stunning 9-box casual omakase feast from scratch. No prior kitchen experience is required and Chef Paul will expertly guide you through knife cuts, rolling sushi and torching techniques with ease.
You’ll dive into the hands-on experience of crafting assorted sashimi, sushi, crispy tempura and more. Feel free to channel your inner chef as you arrange nine mouthwatering dishes in a traditional wooden tray. To keep the fun rolling, enjoy two iconic Korean beverages alongside your meal before finishing with Korean mochi ice cream, a soft, chewy rice-flour shell wrapped around a creamy scoop of ice cream.
