In this private chef experience, Chef Paul elevates the art of sushi with a menu ranging from classic to innovative. Begin with the chef’s take on sushi pizza made with rice, avocado and yams topped with your choice of crab or salmon. Next, enjoy a selection of traditional sushi rolls featuring an array of fresh fish, followed by your choice of Chef Paul's colorful specialty rolls. Finish the meal with a Korean favorite of sweet mochi ice cream.

I would absolutely recommend Chef Paul. I hired Chef Paul for my 30th birthday dinner and he knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious and different than other things we have tried before. The rolls and sashimi were stand out favourites amongst the group. He and Grace left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived as well!

Chef Paul delivered and out of this world an out of this world Korean fest with a K-pop twist cooking experience. I was hesitant booking for our home, but his 200+ reviews convinced us and it was 100% worthwhile. He arrived fully prepped, is an incredible chef teacher and storyteller and made my boyfriend’s 47th year old birthday so special, even transforming our sushi leftovers into a masterpiece.
