In this online cooking class, Chef Li will guide you as you learn how to make restaurant-quality Peking duck in your own kitchen. Discover how to build the signature flavors and achieve the thin and crispy skin of this iconic dish. The chef will also teach you how to use these skills to make Peking duck pancakes from scratch, which you will enjoy alongside broccoli in a savory garlic sauce.

Maltose, find it in Chinese/Asian shops or on Amazon. Can also substitute with honey.
White rice vinegar (optional)
Chinese five-spice powder

White sugar

Chef is very nice and answers all your questions but the class is boring as most of it is just waiting for the duck to cook. Maybe a more complex few side dishes could be made to pass the timeĐ²Đ‚Â¦
