In this interactive and live online cooking class, you'll discover the complex flavors of Sichuan cuisine as Chef Li guides you through a variety of authentic recipes. This class offers a great opportunity to explore bold, spicy flavors and traditional techniques from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Learn how to prepare classic poached chicken salad with chili oil, dry-fried green beans seasoned with Sichuan spices, and traditional Sichuan chili oil. Once the class ends, you'll feel confident in your ability to cook these delicious and authentic Sichuan dishes again and again!

The ingredient list was a bit intimidating - but I took the class with friends, so we all took responsibility for buying one of the items and they we swapped. The class was great - Chef Li really knows how to cook! I would never have ventured into such complicated dishes, and she made it doable. And totally delicious.

We had an incredible time working with Chef Li in her soup dumpling class. Her home is beautiful and welcoming. We learned so many new techniques and ingredient combinations. Chef Li was patient and warm, allowing us to feel comfortable as we learned new things. We highly recommend class with her!
