This class was wonderful! I love food that is eaten seasonally, and I love how the classes center around this principle. The pumpkin risotto was so light and delicious and the bruschetta was out of this world. I couldn't stop eating it, i wish i had leftovers lol You will always walk out of one of Chef Davide's classes with a tool in your chefs hat that you didn't have prior. You not only learn an amazing dish, but I love the attention to detail, presentation and thought that this chef puts into all of his dishes. I have taken this chef's other class before and cant recommend them enough. This is a perfect autumn and holiday meal :)
