What You’ll Do

The secrets of classic German cuisine will be revealed in this culinary workshop.

Take a culinary journey and improve your kitchen skills in this engaging online cooking class. Chef Roxy will teach you the recipes for four flavorful dishes you can prepare in your own kitchen.

First, learn how to make a chicken schnitzel with a crispy herb crust made from breadcrumbs, thyme and paprika. Use russet potatoes and heavy creamy to make creamy herb mashed potatoes. Make homemade aioli with fresh herbs and garlic. Mixed greens topped with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice refresh your palate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
