My wife and I really enjoyed Chef Romi's class "Introduction to Baking Sweets". Everything was explained really well, the classes were very hands-on, and most importantly, what we made was delicious! We will definitely be making future bookings with Chef Romi.

I booked this class as a celebration for my friendвЂ™s birthday at the last minute. Fernanda was very accommodating to our last minute scheduling and responded immediately. She has a true passion for healthy eating and being vegan. We are not vegan but weвЂ™re intrigued by learning something new and being healthy. She is very personable and answered all our questions about understanding these new ingredients we are not used to cooking with. I am excited to incorporate some of those healthy options in some of my baking at home. Her place was perfect for our group and got to meet her adorable dog. I would recommend to you even if you arenвЂ™t vegan she may surprise you with her recipes. We even left with extra treats to take home to our family that she packed up. Our favorite were the double chocolate fudge cookies and peanut butter cookies. You have to try them!

We really enjoyed baking with Chef Romi today! We made cheesecake, chocolate lava cakes, key lime tarts and chocolate pudding from scratch and everything was delicious! SheвЂ™s a very nice person, a great teacher and she made the class a lot of fun!

This was my first time booking a cooking class and I absolutely loved it! Chef Erick and Chef Dagny were such great hosts. The chefs were super nice and very helpful. They made the cooking process fun, engaging and easy for first time cooks! It was a pleasure getting to learn and interact with them. I would 10/10 recommend a cooking class with Chef Erick and Chef Dagny.

Chef Dagney was wonderful - very knowledgeable and fun. We loved the thanksgiving class. I would for sure return if it wasnвЂ™t for the fact that there are no chairs to sit down and enjoy your meal. It makes absolutely no sense that we cook and spent all this time preparing our meal and then no time is given for enjoyment of the meal. No chairs, no place setting or making the table. I think the cooking experience is great the enjoyment of the dinner is a zero. And in the end the whole point of cooking is to enjoy a meal. The only reason I am giving it a 4 starts is because chef Dagne is great.

Chef Fernanda, AKA La Health Mexicana, is FANTASTIC. She's not only a great chef and a great teacher, but she also has the ability to make a group of strangers feel like a group of friends. I booked her in January of 2020 for a birthday. Two of the total six of us had never met before, but the environment Chef Fernanda created was so fun and welcoming that we had so much fun spending the evening all together. I learned a lot with Chef Fernanda about vegan baking and thoroughly enjoyed eating at the end of the night what we all made together. I highly recommend her to carnivores (which I am) and vegans alike. You will enjoy your experience with Chef Fernanda! She's great.
