Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy. Can’t wait sign up for more classes! Thanks Chef Erick and staff!

Resident Chef and he his assistant were great. Although the risotto lacked sufficient flavor, the soufflé and scallops were tasty. I like that they get everyone involved with the cooking and taught some helpful techniques that make prep easier.

And they adjusted well with any kinks that may have come up. Everything was absolutely delicious and informative. Everyone loved the class and Chef's.
