Vivian and Michi where absolutely WONDERFUL! I cannot sing their praises high enough. Fun, funny, and created a wonderfully delicious and simple meal that my wife will task me with for many years to come. Highly suggested for both intimate couples dinners, group classes, or anything in between. We will 100% be booking again before the end of 2023!!!!

Vivian and Michi were wonderful! They came to our apartment to do the Mediterranean and Spanish Fusion meal and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. They are extremely personable, professional, kind, considerate of our home/kitchen space (wore masks), and you can tell that they truly love and enjoy what they are doing. They were accommodating of last-minute changes we wanted to make to the meal and very much let us take the lead in how much we wanted to help hands-on. Not to mention they cleaned up the entire kitchen while we ate the meal. We would (and already have) recommended them to our family and would absolutely book an experience with them again!

Scheduled a cooking class with Chef Fernanda with our global team. Great experience! Everyone had something to do no matter their level of cooking skills. Chef Fernanda was incredibly warm and welcoming and made the whole experience great!

We booked this event as a team building exercise for a group of senior leaders. It worked perfectly and Chef Fernanda was fabulous. The food we cooked was amazing and there was a great atmosphere. The spicy sauce was super tasty too! Would highly recommend any of Chef Fernanda's cookery classes!

Mario is a very proud and fun Spaniard, yet born and raised in Paris. Family man he is, he learned to cook the Valencian paella to perfection; we have never experienced anything like it, the knowledge, flavors, simplicity and relaxed air with which he cooks are just pure elegance. Amazing meal and such fun conversation. Would highly recommend to anyone.

It truly was a вЂњcozy mealвЂќ in the comfort of Chef MarioвЂ™s home. Felt the menu was delicious and authentic ValenciaвЂ™s cuisine. I signed up for this to do something different for my boyfriendвЂ™s birthday and he is not a cook by any means. It was great to cook together and have him learn some easy cooking tips. I think I would maybe make a different appetizer since the potatoe salad with paella was really heavy. The paella was the best IвЂ™ve EVER had. I enjoyed the crepe dessert which I think was my dates favorite. Chef Mario was accommodating, professional and engaging. Overall fantastic evening and would recommend to anyone. Heading to Italy and BF is setting up a cooking class in Rome. I think he has the cooking вЂњbugвЂќ
