Each recalled product has the establishment number “EST. 18076” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
These products in the ground beef recall were sent to wholesalers in Georgia, Michigan and Ohio. They have also been traced to retail stores in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin.
