Chef Rui or â€œRayâ€ hosted a cooking class at our home. She was very knowledgeable about current trends in cooking. Sheâ€™s super funny and even offered vegan alternatives to one of our guests. Iâ€™d definitely recommend having her hosting for you. We are inviting her back to prepare one of her signature dishes for our family, so our kids can be a part of the experience.
