Join Chef Rui for a delicious journey through gourmet dishes inspired by Chinese cuisine.
During this private chef experience, five-star Chef Rui will create an imaginative, gourmet four-course menu of Chinese-inspired dishes. Drawing from years of expertise, Chef Rui brings a modern twist to traditional flavors, offering a memorable and unique culinary experience.

Start your feast of flavors with a lamb bone broth that’s one of the most popular soups in Chinese cuisine thanks to its rich depth of flavor. Then, move onto beer-battered coconut shrimp, lovingly prepared to a traditional family recipe and served with a refreshing organic carrot, zucchini and cucumber side salad. To finish your meal in style, you’ll enjoy an indulgent matcha mousse cake enriched with cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
