Such a great experience hiring Tim. He cooked a fabulous tapas dinner for my husband's 75th birthday. Food was fantastic. He explained all the dishes as they came out. We had one vegan in our party of seven so this was a menu that allowed flexibility to accommodate her. On top of everything else, he left my kitchen nice and tidy. My advice; hire Tim!!!

What an incredible experience. Chef Tim created a beautiful menu for my husband's birthday. The food quality and presentation was impeccable, and we were so grateful for the time and care invested into this meal. We cannot wait to work with Chef Tim again!!
