Great tour! The food is good. But Fischer really makes this tour. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Great presentation of SF history. I was on a tour with 8 people and he made time for everyone. He deserves more than 5 stars!!

If you're ready for an East-meets-West tour of San Francisco then this is the food tour for you! We ate our way from Chinatown all the way down to Little Italy; all the while learning the complex, diverse and intriguing history of the various districts. Our guide, Fischer was phenomenal! He was very charismatic, funny, engaging and full of energy. Fischer also has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area, it's people, dense history and of course.. the food! From the East-- we had some exotic, "dragon's beard" candy; traditional dumplings, egg rolls and bao (pork buns); as well as boba milk tea (a.k.a. "bubble tea") and Chinatown's own, hand-made fortune cookies! For the West-- New York style pizza and hand-stuffed cannoli with espresso! Everything was delicious, tasty and freshly made! If this is your first time in San Francisco this tour is a great way to get to know the heart of The City and sample its diverse offering of food. Even if you're a local or are visiting from nearby; there's such a dense and rich population here that you're bound to learn (and taste!) something new!
