What You’ll Do

Join Chef Michael on an unforgettable culinary journey to the alluring West Coast of France.

In this hands-on class, you will work together with the instruction of Chef Michael to create a four-course masterpiece of a meal reminiscent of the picturesque French coastline.

A salade niçoise will start the class, followed by asparagus dressed to the nines and garnished with Mendocino sea urchin salt. An otherworldly bouillabaisse will grace the menu as the main event while an indescribable interplay of flavors in Chef Michael's tart tatin caps off the meal. You will also take home the recipes for every item you enjoyed during the class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a great time at Chef's Michael cooking class. He’s very talented and his food is super delicious. If you’re a meat lover, then his Sausage making class is a must try for you! You’ll have a lot of fun and will definitely learn some cool new techniques.
