WHAT YOU’LL DO

Journey to España with Chef James!

Gather your friends and head over to Chef James' house for one of his most exciting and popular cooking class dinners: Paella. This experience will include a series of Spanish tapas, a beautiful paella, fresh salad and dessert. This class is interactive and Chef James is happy to share his knowledge and recipes so you can recreate everything at home. Guests are encouraged to participate in creating elements of the meal but some dishes and ingredients will be prepped before the class to save time.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Antipasti
Spanish olives with anchovies, artisan cheeses and Acme olive bread

Seasonal green salad with coarse sea salt, sherry vinegar and olio nuovo

Spanish seafood paella with fresh gulf prawns, clams, mussels, English peas, piquillo peppers, lemon and garlic aioli

The Night in Spain personal chef experience was absolutely everything I hoped for and more it honestly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, it felt like such a thoughtful, elevated, and immersive evening. It really felt like being transported straight to Spain without ever leaving home. Every detail was executed so well, and it made the entire experience truly memorable.
