Chef Adam’s Polish heritage, experience living in Maui, and love for the French-invaded Vietnamese sandwich has given him the wisdom and passion to teach you the techniques needed to prepare some of the best street foods the world has to offer.

Begin on the calles of Mexico with a taco truck staple. Hop across the pond to Poland for timeless peirogies. Next, sail to Hawaii for a tropical, refreshing ceviche, then try out a traditional Vietnamese bahn mi, and end in Italy with creamy spoonfuls of pistachio gelato.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Adam was great! He was very well prepared and informative. We had a great time cooking our brunch with him. He taught us how to perfect our poaching eggs skills, making hollandaise and more! Highly recommend taking a class with him!

I had a great time with Chef Adam! He is a very talented chef and passionate about cooking. He not only is a great teacher, but all of the food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the Braised Short Ribs with parsnip mash and bacon swiss chard.
