Creating mouthwatering raw dishes that everyone can savor is not as complicated as you may imagine, and if you have wondered what goes into preparing a healthy organic fare, wonder no more. Chef Natasha shares her expertise to awaken your tastebuds and equip you with the culinary prowess to create a diverse selection of meals and beverages that will keep your friends and family coming back for more!

The class begins with preparing delightfully-silky homemade almond milk followed by a tempting vanilla cinnamon almond milkshake. Your experience continues with creating a sumptuous mesclun greens salad before making wholesome zucchini lasagna rolls. Devilishly-good raw coconut and dried cranberry truffles completes your course on a sweet note.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Awarded a scholarship from the James Beard Foundation, Chef Natasha completed her culinary education in New York City where she went on to run a boutique catering business. At the height of her career, she competed on ABC's cooking show "The Taste," as well as Food Network's "Cut Throat Kitchen." A Culinary Ambassador for Barbados, Chef Natasha has focused on staying true to her culture whilst perfecting her craft.
