This was such a great experience - Chef Mike is a great teacher and it so cool that we got to actually PRACTICE what we learned - and we ended up producing a TON of sushi rolls, so this was a combination interactive class and excellent dinner all in one!

Class was very fun, everything was on time and ran as expected. The dim sum was tasty! After the class, Mike provided the recipes. It's not something we would have normally tried on our own at home, but using the knowledge we learned from the class, we were able to make two of the dishes at home a few days later. Thanks, Mike!

Really informative and great to be able to cut multiple things with different knives to truly understand how I was doing it wrong. Would love to see a volume 2 class where we could continue to learn more about proper knife skills! This class was great!

Chef Mike was great! He explained what the less common ingredients were, explained the techniques clearly and demonstrated them for us. The dim sum came out great and we had a delicious lunch. It was a full class (of 7) and there was definitely enough room for everyone both when cooking and when we ate. Would highly recommend Chef Mike's Dim Sum class and we are definitely going to try one of his other classes.
