Enjoy a New England-inspired evening in this hands-on cooking class in The Woodlands. You'll prepare a classic Connecticut-style lobster roll using homemade brioche, then build a butter lettuce salad with radishes, cucumbers and a buttermilk herb dressing. On the side, you'll make sea salt and vinegar smashed potatoes and finish with a crustless blueberry pie and a refreshing raspberry lime rickey.
