Join Chef Kevin for an immersive steakhouse cooking class where a juicy steak gets its signature sear. You'll experiment with robust flavors using classic techniques while working with quality ingredients.
Class begins with steakhouse garlic bread crostini prepared with toasted baguette, rich garlic butter, Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Then you'll move on to a cast-iron seared steak finished with gorgeous garlic herb butter, learning how to achieve a mouthwatering crust. Crispy roasted Yukon gold potatoes with garlic and rosemary round out the main before you whip up a smooth classic chocolate mousse for dessert. Book this class on steak searing today.

It was such a memorable night! Chef Kevin was so funny, knowledgeable and was a great teacher ;). It was my husband’s birthday and Father’s Day celebration with our adult kids and spouses. We laughed a lot at our work but eventually got the hang of it. Chef also was so kind to accommodate our daughter’s celiacs. Recommend: sharp knives, lots of different sized bowls, cutting boards, Saran Wrap, parchment, display platters.
