Prepare for a day of both learning and indulgence as you are introduced to three distinct items that have become increasingly popular at eateries around the country.
The class begins by crafting succulent ahi tuna and then light and refreshing salmon bowls, followed by mouthwatering poke gyoza dumplings. Enjoy the satisfaction that comes with preparing your own handcrafted poke creations and bring your skills home to share with friends and family.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ken was very engaging and enthusiastic throughout the entirety of the class, which provided for a fun and exciting cooking experience.
