WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare authentic Mexican favorites in this Cinco de Mayo cooking class.
Cook a vibrant taco spread in this fun cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia). Guided by Chef Cristina or a resident chef, you’ll make homemade corn tortillas, carne asada tacos, blackened fish tacos and Mexican street corn. Finish with refreshing tequila lime sorbet. You’ll gain hands-on experience with grilling, seasoning and assembling layered flavors. This cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia) is a festive way to master classic Mexican dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

was NOT Cristina, but was fun. Only one complaint. When we were leaving, others from the class had copies of all the recipies of what we cooked, we did NOT receive this. Can someone send me a copy of the recipes from this class? thank you
