With guidance from Chef Eric or a resident chef, you’ll prepare pappardelle with lemon, asparagus and Parmigiano-Reggiano with soft eggs, plus goat cheese tortellini with pancetta, sweet peas and mint. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
