What You'll Do

Cook a complete Easter-style meal while focusing on timing and technique.

Cook a bright seasonal menu in this interactive cooking class in McLean. Chef Charles or a resident chef will guide you through roasted herb pork tenderloin with spring fruit chutney, potato leek gratin, shaved asparagus salad with mint and Pecorino and mousse au citron. You’ll practice practical techniques like balancing rich and fresh flavors, building texture and plating a full meal with confidence in this cooking class in McLean.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
