WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create beautifully layered croissants using clear, guided steps.
Step into the world of French pastry-making in this engaging croissant workshop. Learn to prepare buttery croissant dough from scratch, then try your hand at filling them with smoky bacon and Gruyère or luxurious dark chocolate almond. This beginner-friendly class helps you develop new baking techniques while ending with warm, freshly baked croissants to enjoy.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
