What You’ll Do

Discover the art of rustic Spanish cooking in this hands-on class.

Roll up your sleeves in this interactive cooking class in Chicago and prepare a full Spanish-style menu from start to finish. With guidance from Chef Eric or a resident chef, you’ll make Manchego croquettas, tortilla Española and roasted pork loin with Romesco sauce. End with olive oil ice cream sprinkled with Marcona almonds. This cooking class in Chicago focuses on technique and flavor, giving you practical experience you can use in your own kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
