You’ll master fresh pasta dough, then prepare butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage sauce and herbed ricotta ravioli with tomato-pancetta sauce. Pair your handmade pasta with a crisp winter Caesar salad for a balanced festive feast. This holiday cooking class in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles) is ideal for pasta enthusiasts, date-night duos or anyone looking to celebrate the season with an authentic Italian touch.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

It was a great experience. I attended the class with my husband and our two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The chef made everything very easy to follow and created such a happy, welcoming vibe. My kids absolutely loved it—they had so much fun operating the machine to make cookie dough, mixing all the prepared fudge ingredients together in a bowl on the stove, and decorating and making the strawberry tart. We all worked together and enjoyed the warm and delicious cookies in the end. There was a small accident during the class, but the chef and staff handled it quickly and turned it into a wonderful teaching moment for our kids, showing them that accidents happen and that it’s okay because we can fix them. Overall, it was an excellent and memorable experience. The chef and staff were truly great. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this class to our friends and family.
