Booked the class New Takes on Classic Italian with Chef Kurt

Chef Kurt was great! He arrived early and brought everything needed for the meal, to supplement my bare kitchen. He was pleasant to chat with and let us make the meal at our pace... and when we started taking too long, he chipped in to allow us to eat (the meal was great, we made everything from scratch, including the croutons and caesar dressing). Finally, I had no clean-up to do after the meal, Kurt left the kitchen cleaner than when I moved in. Would definitely use him again!

Chef Joey was amazing! He surprised my fiancÃ© with a homemade bday cake..went above and beyond to make sure our experience was one of a kind. Oh and to top it off.. everything we made was so beyond delicious.

I booked this class as a surprise for my girlfriend for our 3 year anniversary. Joey delivered above and beyond. He made the class so much fun, and we also learned a lot. The food was absolutely divine! The atmosphere was also incredible, Joey has a very nice place that felt cozy and intimate and was perfect for our setting, a kitchen that could fit the three of us comfortably and then an amazing dining room for a romantic meal after. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. This is the experience your looking for! And we left with lots of left overs!

My mom had a wonderful 63rd birthday with Chef Joey! She came home and couldn't stop talking about her experience and how amazing the food was. Most importantly, Chef Joey made her feel confident and comfortable learning new skills. Chef Joey went out of his way to accommodate my mom last minute. I am so thankful to Chef Joey for his graciousness and for giving my mom this memorable birthday. I'll be looking into booking my own session with Chef Joey with my husband!

It's hard to not enjoy Chef Theodore's presence. Chef Theodore is a very knowledgable chef with extensive culinary and cooking class experience. He is a great teacher, a great chef and very entertaining. His kitchen is one of the nicest kitchens I have been in. I participated in his pasta making class in Los Angeles and really enjoyed it. If you take it, he will also share with you some of the ingredients he has brought with himself from his recent trip to Europe. Great cooking class!

Chef Daniel was great. He worked to accommodate a specific date request I had during the holidays. He was kind, clean, courteous. He gave the kids plenty of time to learn, practice, and participate, but overall kept the night and the dinner moving. This was a great gift and a great experience for all! Def worth every penny and the time!

What a fun way to spend the day! Felt very welcome from the moment I walked in, being greated by Chef Eric's lovely wife. Learned the how-to basics and beyond; with some great general tips too. Chef Eric has high energy and his love of cooking and teaching comes thru in his excitement. I appreciate that, and in turn he made the whole experience great! You can't help but enjoy his classes. He is happy to answer questions and encourages them! I asked about a specific sauce - not on the set menu - and he gladly showed us how to make it. The location is nice, with lots of light, and an overall comfortable setting. A nice work area that encourages you to work alongside others. I'm going back for a Bread making class with Chef Eric in two weeks. I'm sure I'll be taking several more too; as he offers a wide array of classes. Thanks Chef... Looking forward to next time.

We had a great time cooking with Chef Joey! The food was delicious, he took his time teaching us and made us do the work (which is why we were there!), and the conversation was great all night. My wife and I had a great time. I imagine it would be a lot of fun with 4-6 people, but he was a great third wheel on our birthday date!

This class is a joy from start to finish. Chef Theodoreâ€™s house is gorgeous, he is awesome, his food is mouthwatering and he is a fabulous teacher. Nothing could be better than spending a few hours in his stylish, airy kitchen with a group of friends learning to make delicious food. I canâ€™t recommend this experience highly enough. He make everything simple and fun and has such a sense of style to everything he does. Highly recommended!

Chef Daniel is a great teacher and a gifted Chef. He explains everything from the 'Mother' and 'Daughter' sauces to alternative uses for fresh herbs. He makes everything look easy and clearly knows his way around the kitchen. Chef Daniel is a fresh herb-enthusiast and he has invented subtle and inventive ways to use them that accent food beautifully without overpowering the flavours. Everything we made was delicious. Can't wait to try it all at home. Highly recommended.

No stars I was understanding that Chef Daniel was ill and canceled the morning of and my grandson was unable to experience this however my problem now is I'm not being refunded because your support team is saying we attend the class NOBODY ATTENDED ANYTHING IT WAS CANCELED BY THE CHEF!!! PLEASE REFUND I'm so disappointed and don't know if I would consider rescheduling because of this!!
