Let Chef Cregg show you how to prepare a classic Italian meal in this hands-on cooking class filled to the brim with Old World flavor. From openers to dessert, there's a festival of captivating flavors waiting in every recipe.

Under Chef Cregg's expert guidance, you'll assemble a Caprese panzanella salad with layers of greens, mozzarella, tomato and sourdough. Prepare handmade ravioli stuffed with creamy spinach-ricotta filling, topped with zesty pesto Genovese and a sprinkling of pine nuts. For dessert, create an aromatic olive oil cake served with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The experience was amazing ! Chef Cregg did a great job of teaching but also allowing us students to play ! I went alone but by the end of the night I had made new friends. 10/10 recommend if you’re wanting to learn and de- stress
