Experience a dreamy Italian evening made for two.
Join Chef Christopher or one of the talented resident chefs in Centennial (Denver) for a date-night cooking class that channels the flavors of an Italian steakhouse. Craft a four-course menu beginning with grilled steaks in a caramelized shallot sauce, paired with homemade gnocchi dressed in brown butter sage and butternut squash. Add a refreshing arugula salad with lemon-Parmesan dressing, then indulge in a creamy vanilla-mascarpone panna cotta for dessert. This cooking class in Centennial (Denver) combines hands-on learning with classic Italian flavors, perfect for date night.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
