Celebrate indulgence with chocolate creations made by hand.
Celebrate the art of chocolate in this hands-on cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). You’ll prepare chocolate crêpes layered with berries and mascarpone cream, craft a silky pot de crème and bake a flourless chocolate torte with fluffy whipped cream. Chef Matthew or one of the talented resident chefs will share expert tips for balancing flavor and texture in these indulgent desserts. Whether you’re a confident baker or a curious beginner, this class in Westlake (Cleveland) is a delicious way to explore chocolate. Bring a partner, a friend or come solo and enjoy an evening of sweet creativity and fun.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!
